Heard.
Present contempt application has been preferred for alleged noncompliance of the judgment and order of the Writ court dated 20.03.2025 passed in Writ A No. 3078 of 2025. The relevant excerpts of the aforesaid judgment and order is being reproduced hereinbelow:-
"Considering the above, the petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh representation to respondent no. 3 District Magistrate, Lucknow along with the succession certificate. In case, the fresh representation is given by the petitioner with the succession certificate depicting that she is the legal heir of late Surendra Singh, the representation so given, shall be decided by respondent no. 3 by passing a reasoned and speaking order within four weeks from the date of submitting such representation."
Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that till date the representation of the applicant has not been decided despite the fact that succession certificate has been filed alongwith the representation.
On the other hand, learned Standing Counsel has submitted that a compliance affidavit has been filed on 18/16.10.2025 by the respondent no. 2 enclosing therewith the copy of the order dated 09.10.2025 passed by the respondent no. 2 on the representation of the applicant wherein it has specifically been mentioned that applicant had provided the succession certificate issued by the District Magistrate for amount up to Rs 5000/- and the applicant was asked to file afresh succession certificate

but the same has not been provided till date and that is why the representation of the applicant has been rejected. Further, no objection to the compliance affidavit filed by the respondent no. 2 has been filed till date.
After hearing learned counsel for the parties and going through the record of the case, it is found that the representation of the applicant has been decided by assigning reasons. Copy of which has already been enclosed as annexure no. A-1 to the compliance affidavit, thus, the judgment and order of the Writ Court has been complied with.
In view of the facts, circumstances and discussion made hereinabove, the present contempt application is hereby dismissed.
