Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.

This is third bail application. The first bail application was rejected on 19.11.2024 and second bail application was rejected on 7.5.2025 on merit.

It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant has not committed any offence. The applicant is languishing in jail since 28.2.2023 and that in case the applicant is released on bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail and cooperate in the trial.

Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail.

No new ground is made out for entertaining this third bail application and the same is rejected .
