Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that an order dated 16.09.2025 was passed by this Court, wherein a direction was issued to the concerned court to submit a report after inquiring into the fact as to whether the compromise deed was filed by the applicant herself or by some impostor. However, till date, no inquiry report has been submitted by the concerned court.

In the given circumstances, the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, is directed to submit the inquiry report in light of the direction issued by this Court on 16.09.2025.

Put up this case as fresh on 15.01.2026.

The Registrar (Compliance) is directed to communicate this order along with a copy of the order dated 16.09.2025 to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, concerned for necessary compliance.
