- Considering the fact that this is second bail application filed on behalf of applicant when a query was made to learned counsel for applicant whether after rejection of the first bail application of the applicant by this Court applicant approached the Apex Court or not then however he submitted that applicant did not approach the Apex Court but he fairly conceded no averment in this regard has been made by the applicant in the affidavit filed in support of instant bail application.
