1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.

2. The applicant seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No.760 of 2023, under Section 379, 304, 411 IPC, P.S. Pihani, District Hardoi.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant argues that three unknown persons were mentioned in the FIR of having committed the offence. Two of the said accused have been enlarged on bail vide orders dated 19.09.2024 & 23.10.2024 which are on record.

4. Learned AGA has opposed the bail application.

5. Considering the allegations against the applicant to be similar to the coaccused who have been enlarged on bail coupled with the fact that the applicant has no substantial criminal antecedents, the applicant is entitled to be enlarged on bail on the ground of parity. In view thereof, the application is allowed .

6. Let the applicant Sachinpal be released on bail in aforesaid FIR number on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties of Rs.20,000/- each to the satisfaction of court concerned with the following conditions:

(a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings;
