Anticipatory bail – Section 438 Cr.P.C. – Allahabad High Court (Court No. 70, Dr. Gautam Chowdhary, J., order dated 1.7.2025, Neutral Citation 2025:AHC:102508) allowed the anticipatory bail application of Priyanshu alias Pranshu Verma in Case Crime No. 486/2024 under Section 318(4) Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 66D I.T. Act. After hearing both sides and perusing the application, the court held that no sufficient grounds existed for the applicant's arrest in connection with the investigation. Recounting Siddharam Satlingappa Mhetre v.
