The applicant has approached this Court for getting a direction issued to the Additional Court, Faizabad to decide the Complaint Case No. 7714/2023, under Section 138 N.I. Act, P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District Faizabad/ Ayodhya titled " Anoop Kuamr Gupta vs. Shailendra Gupta and another" pending before him since 28.6.2023, expeditiously as early as possible, preferably within a stipulated time, in the interest of justice.

The aforesaid case of the applicant is pending since the year 2023. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that under Section 143(3) of the N.I. Act, it is provided that every trial under this Section shall be conducted as expeditiously as possible and an endeavour shall be made to conclude the trial within six months from the date of filing of the complaint. He has submitted that since long time, the case is pending without substantial progress.

In view of the aforesaid facts, the court concerned is directed to adhere to the provisions of Section 143(3) of the N.I. Act and accordingly expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid case in accordance with law.
