The present petition has been filed for the following main relief:-

"For the facts, reasons and circumstances as stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, District and Sessions Court, Lucknow to decide the Complaint CaseNo.31719/2024 "M/s Global Life Science and Ors. V. M/s Genebio Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. and Ors.", District Lucknow, pending since March 2024,

expeditiously and within the stipulated period of time, in the interest of justice."

Considering the facts as stated, particularly the period of pendency of the case, which appears to be pending since March 2024, this petition is disposed of with direction to the court concerned, to consider and decide the pending case in issue, quoted in the prayer clause, most expeditiously.

It is made clear that the Court has not examined the case of either party on merits and the Authority concerned shall be free to decide the matter strictly in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of.
