"Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking following main relief(s) :-
"Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased quash the proceeding which is initiated in the Case

No. 501/2020, under section 31 D.V. Act, ( Beauty Vs. Rajdeep), Police Station - Kotwali Beekapur, and as well as order dated 11-7-2025 (Annexure No. 1)."
It is stated by learned counsel for the applicant that the matter relates to matrimonial dispute, which can be settled amicably by way of mediation and the applicant is also ready to pay the dues to the opposite party No.2 and he would place a draft of Rs.1.00 Lakh (Rupees One Lakh only) in favour of the opposite party No.2, who is the wife of the applicant for the purposes of setteling the dispute between the parties.
In view of the aforesaid, list this case on 24.09.205 along with A-482 No.11553 of 2023.
On the next date fixed, the applicant-Raj Deep Singh shall remain present before this Court along with the demand draft of Rs.1.00 Lakh (Rupees One Lakh only), which would be provided ot the opposite party No.2-wife of the applicant namely Beauty Singh.
Let the opposite party No.2-Beauty Singh, wife of Raj Deep Singh, resident of Village - Sanjhauwa, Post - Bahurawan, Police Station - Baldirai, District-Sultanpur be informed by the S.H.O. of the Police Station - Baldirai, District Sultanpur regarding the date fixed in the matter and the intention of the applicant to settle the dispute amicably by way of mediation and for providing the draft of Rs.1.00 (Rupees One Lakh only) on the next date fixed.
On the next date fixed the applicant - Raj Deep Singh and opposite party No.2 - Beauty Singh shall appear before this court.
Learned A.G.A. is directed to communicate this order to the S.H.O. of the Police Station concerned and file proof of the same by way of an affidavit."
