In terms of this Court's order dated 08.09.2025, applicant- Kusumakar Kushwaha of leading APPLICATION U/S 528 BNSS No. 846 of 2025 and opposite party No.2- Vijay Lakshmi Maurya are present before this Court, who have been duly identified by their respective counsel namely Sri Umesh Singh, Advocate and Sri Ashok Kumar Yadava, Advocate, who has filed Vakalatnama alongwith Sri Karm Veer Yadav, Advocate on behalf of opposite party No. 2 in the Court today, which is taken on record.

Both the parties present before this Court are ready to settle the dispute amicably by way of mediation.

In view of above, let the instant matter be placed before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court on 17.10.2025. Both the parties shall appear before Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court on the said date.

The amount of Rs. 20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousands Only) deposited by the applicant before this Court shall be released in favour of the opposite party No. 2 forthwith.

List/put up this case before this Court on 08.12.2025 alongwith the report of Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court showing the names of Sri Ashok Kumar Yadava, Advocate and Sri Karm Veer Yadav, Advocate as counsel for the opposite party No. 2.

It is directed that on each date fixed before the Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court, the applicant would provide Rs. 3000/(Rs. Three Thousands Only) to the opposite party No. 2.

Interim orders, if any, shall continue to remain in operation till the next date of listing in both the applications i.e. APPLICATION U/S 528 BNSS No. 846 of 2025 and APPLICATION U/S 528 BNSS No. 823 of 2025.

In case of violation of aforesaid, the interim orders granted by this Court earlier shall be deemed to be vacated.
