Heard learned counsel for the applicants as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the record.

The present application has been filed by the revisionist for the following main prayer:-

"Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the criminal proceedings of complaint Case No. 6350/2023, U/S- 323/504/352 IPC, pending before Judicial Magistrate/Civil Judge (Avar Khand), District- Shrawasti as well as Shrewsti 20.05.2025, in the interest of justice."

Applicant No.1-Soni Devi and opposite party No.2-Rohit Kumar are present before this Court and who have been identified by their respective counsels.

Learned counsel for the applicants stated that parties are ready to settle the dispute amicably by way of mediation, as such, the matter may be referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court so as to carve possibility of amicable settlement of dispute between the parties and to show the bonafide, opposite party No. 2 will deposit Rs. 2,000/- before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, which shall be released in favour of applicant No.1-Soni Devi, forthwith.

In view of above, it is provided that the matter be placed before Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court on 15.09.2025. On that date, parties shall appear in person before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.
