Heard Mr. Ajay Kumar Vashistha, learned counsel for the applicants and Sri Manoj Gautam, learned AGA for the State respondents.

It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants and opposite party no. 2 have entered into compromise and compromise is at page 73 of the paper book. It is further submitted that the applicant no. 4 and opposite party no. 2 are husband an wife. It is thus submitted that compromise be sent to the court concerned for verification.

Learned AGA appearing for the State respondents has no objection to the same.

In view of the above, office is directed to send the compromise for verification (which is at page 73 of the paper book) to the court concerned i.e. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kasganj for verification.

The applicants and the opposite party no. 2 are directed to appear before the trial Court i.e.Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kasganj on 4.11.2025.

Learned trial Court concerned shall verify the same and submit a report to this Court within two weeks thereafter.
