Supplementary affidavit filed today on behalf of the applicants, is taken on record by which learned counsel for the applicants has filed the original compromise deed.

The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the charge-sheet no.218/2023 dated 27.07.2023, cognizance/summoning order dated 01.06.2024 as well as entire proceedings of Case No.9847 of 2024 (State vs. Ravendra and others) arising out of Case Crime No.236 of 2023, under sections 323, 504, 506, 336, 308 I.P.C., Police Station Chaubepur District West (Commissionerate Kanpur Nagar), pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Kanpur Dehat.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that both the parties have compromised the matter out of Court and on the basis of compromise dated 07.09.2024 (Annexure no.6 to the application), the applicants have filed the present application to quash the proceeding pending against them. Parties have compromised the matter and opposite party no.2 has no objection in this regard and submitted that the applicants have compromised the matter and injuries received by the injured are simple in nature.

Learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no.2 does not dispute the correctness of the facts.

Accordingly, it is provided that the parties shall appear before the court below alongwith a certified copy of this order and photocopy of the compromise deed for verification of the parties within a period of three weeks. The trial court is directed to verify the parties and thereafter, the court shall transmit the verification report to this Court within a period of three weeks.

List after six weeks.

Interim order, granted earlier, shall remain in operation till the next date of listing.
