1. Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned counsel for opposite party no. 2; learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that both the parties lodged F.I.R. against each other and now they have settled their dispute with regard to offence punishable under Sections 452, 307, 504, 506 I.P.C. by way of compromise deed dated 08.07.2024. A certified copy of the compromise is annexed as Annexure-7 to the application. Counsel for the applicant next submits that one of the parties has filed Application under Section 482 No. 27798 of 2024 on the basis of settlement entered into between the parties. The Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.09.2024 passed the following order on that application:

"Supplementary affidavit filed today by learned counsel for the applicants is taken on record.

Learned counsel for both the parties jointly submitted that the parties settled their dispute out of the Court with regard to offence punishable under Sections 323, 504, 506, I.P.C. on the basis of compromise dated 8.7.2024. Certified copy of the compromise dated 8.7.2024 has been filed by the applicant by way of supplementary affidavit today.
