Learned counsel for both the parties submitted that parties settled their dispute arising out of offence punishable under Sections 307, 452, 504, 506 of I.P.C. on the basis of compromise dated 08.07.2024. A certified copy of the compromise is on record. Both the parties are sustained injuries in the incident.

Put up this case as fresh on 11.04.2025.

Till the next date of listing proceedings of Session Trial No. 241 of 2017 (State Vs. Sharafat and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 315 of 2011, under Sections 307, 452, 504, 506 of I.P.C., Police Station- Bahedi, District Bareilly, pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 11, Bareilly shall remain stayed against the applicants.
