- Supplementary affidavit filed today, is taken on record.

- Learned counsel for the applicants has filed supplementary affidavit annexing therein verification report dated 16.06.2025. The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chitrakoot has verified the parties as well as compromise deed in pursuance of the order of this Court dated 06.11.2024. On perusal of order of this Court dated 06.11.2024, it appears that there is no order in regard to verification of the parties.

- The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chitrakoot shall submit a report under what circumstances parties have been verified, whereas, there is no order of this Court to verify the parties.

- The District Judge, Chitrakoot shall get an explanation from the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chitrakoot and submit its report in this regard.

- This order shall be communicated to the District Judge, Chitrakoot through the Registrar General immediately.
