Learned counsel for both the parties jointly submitted that parties settled their dispute with regard to offence punishable under Sections 323, 504, 506, 352 of I.P.C. on the basis of compromise.
Learned counsel for the applicants prays for and is granted three weeks' time to file supplementary affidavit annexing therewith original/certified copy of the compromise deed.
Put up on 28.2.2025 as fresh showing the name of Sri Kuldeep Maurya as counsel for the opposite party No. 2.
Till the next date of listing, further proceedings of Case No. 3165 of 2020 (State of U.P. Vs. Jainarayan and others), arising out of N.C.R.
