Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.

This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing of the entire proceedings, including summoning order dated 11.12.2019, of Complaint Case No. 263 of 2018 (Usha Devi Vs. Ram Avtar and Others), under Sections 354-B, 354-C, 323, 504 I.P.C., P.S. Itwa, District Siddharth Nagar, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siddharth Nagar.

After arguing at some length, learned counsel counsel for the applicants submits that the prayer made above is not being pressed and that applicants are willing to appear before the Court concerned and a direction may be issued to decide the bail application expeditiously in accordance with law and protection may be granted till then.

In view of aforesaid, it is directed that in case applicants appear / surrender before the Court concerned within a period of two weeks from today and apply for bail, their bail applications shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with settled law. For a period of two weeks from today or till the applicants appear / surrender before the court below, whichever is

earlier, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants in the aforesaid case.

The application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of.
