Heard Sri Ravi Shanker Tewari the counsel for the petitioner and Sri Amrendra Nath Tripathi who appears for the respondents.

The present petition has been filed with the following prayer :

"To command the Ld. Executional Court to proceed further and provide police force as required by the Court Amin in its report dated 30.07.2025 and direct to handover the vacant possession of the tenement from anybody, who is found in possession ignoring the objections filed by the opposite party/tenant or anybody in collusion to him without claiming any independent right in the property, which is nothing but his collusive and illegal attempt to install the execution of the decree and further direct the Ld. Executing Court to proceed in realizing the rent. "

The key of the premises has been handed over to the counsel for the petitioner in open court.

In view of the fact that the key has been handed over across the Bar to the petitioner in respect of the premises in question, the present petition stands disposed off.
