Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of a Regular Suit No.1148/2018.

Having considered the aforesaid submission and also perused the material on record, this Court does not find that there are any accentuating circumstances for this Court to interfere at this stage. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed leaving it open for the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the Court concerned, who shall take note of it and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

It is made clear that in case if any cause of action, for expediting a suit of the year 2018 arises in future, this order of dismissal of the instant petition may not come in the way of the petitioner.
