Sri Vineet Kumar Pandey, the learned counsel for the petitioners is reported to be ill today. The cause list shows name of Sri Pradeep Kumar Tiwari also as counsel for the petitioner, but neither he is present before this court nor any request has been made on his behalf for adjournment of the case.
The perusal of the record shows that temporary injunction application filed by the petitioners in Regular Suit No.1575 of 2022 was rejected by the learned Additional Civil Judge, Junior Division, Court No.29, Pratapgarh by means of an order dated 10.01.2023 and Misc. Civil Appeal No.12 of 2023 filed against the aforesaid order was dismissed by means of a judgment and order dated 24.01.2024, passed by learned Additional District Judge, Court No.3, Sadar, Pratapgarh. There is no interim order in the present case.
