1 . Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.
2 . The present petition has been filed with the following prayer:
"1. To direct the Learned Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) Haveli, Ayodhya to decide the permanent injunction suit in Regular Suit No. 457 of 2022 namely "Ramsagar Vs. Ramsundar" pending before Learned Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) Haveli, Ayodhya (annexure no. 1), expeditiously preferable within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice."

Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the suit. In case, such an application is moved within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law as well as the administrative guidelines/ circular of this Court.
4 . The Counsel for the petitioner states that an interim application is also pending before the court concerned.
5 . In case, the injunction application is pending, the same shall be decided in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order
