3. Present petition has been filed for the following relief:
"i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the concerned officials and opposite parties to take strict action against Opposite Party Nos.9 for preventing and vacating encroachment in view of the representation made by the petitioner on 08.04.2025."
4. Learned counsel for respondent no.9 states that an order has already been passed for disposal of the proceedings under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code vide judgment dated 09.05.2025 passed in Writ - C No.4444 of 2025.
5. Considering the said order, no further directions are required.
6. Present petition stands disposed off in above terms.
