Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Yogesh Awasthi, learned standing counsel for the State-respondents.
The instant petition has been preferred alleging that the petitioner had preferred a petition under Section 80 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, however, till date, neither the case has been registered nor a certified copy of the same has been provided to the petitioner, despite having been applied for the same.
Learned standing counsel has provided a copy of the written instructions under the signatures of Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Haidergarh, District Barabanki for a perusal of the Court, which is taken on record.
From a perusal thereof, it has been indicated that the petition filed by the petitioner was rejected and a certified copy as sought by the petitioner, has been sent to the petitioner through registered post at his given address. A copy of the said written instructions has also been provided to the learned counsel for the petitioner for perusal.
In view of the aforesaid, no further grievance of the petitioner is left at the moment. Consequently, the instant petition stand dismissed .
