1. Heard learned counsel for the applicants; learned AGA for the State and perused the records.

2. The present application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking anticipatory bail apprehending arrest in FIR/Case Crime No.197 of 2020 under section 363, 366, 504, 376 IPC and section 3/4 POCSO Act, P.S. Bakshi Ka Talab, District Lucknow.

3. It is argued that the applicant was granted the benefit of interim anticipatory bail vide order dated 16.09.2025. The counter affidavit filed today does not reveal that the applicant has not cooperated with the investigation, as such, the interim bail granted to the applicant is made absolute till the conclusion of the trial.

4. Thus, the present application for anticipatory bail is accordingly allowed.

5. In the event of applicants Jang Bahadur Singh @ Jangi & Sujeet Singh surrendering before the trial court, they shall be released on anticipatory bail in aforesaid FIR number till conclusion of the trial on their furnishing a personal bond with two sureties of Rs.30,000/- each separately to the satisfaction of Court below concerned with the following conditions:

(a) The applicants shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings;

(b) The applicants shall not commit any offence similar to the offence of which he is accused or suspected of the commission; and

(c) The applicants shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence.

(d) The applicants shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Court.
