This petition has been filed with the following main prayer :-
"issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the opposite parties (more particularly opposite party no.4) to release the Standing Security Deposit of the Petitioner's firm M/S Saksham Constructions, bearing Fixed Deposit No. EM/TBA/ B657530 - 554803030001958 dated 04.09.2010 of Union Bank of India, Jankipuram Branch."
It is the case of the petitioner that he has performed the works as Contractor but his security deposit has not been released till date by the opposite party no.2, Commander Works Engineer (CWE), Military Engineers Services (MES), Lucknow.
