Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State Respondents and Sri Rajnish Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the L.D.A.

This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:-

"Issue an order or writ in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the opposite party no.-1 to adjust the petitioner's property from any of the property in the scheme of Lucknow Development Authority Lucknow.

Issue an order or Writ in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the opposite party to set-up a high level committee to inquire the circumstances under which a single Property/ Plot No.1/602, Scheme- Raibareily Road, Property TypeEWS/E Type House, Sub-Scheme- Sharda Nagar, Sector- Ruchi Khand-I, District- Lucknow had been allotted to two individuals in which petitioner had bee deprived off the registration of said Property/Plot No.1/602, despite of clearing all the dues pursuant to same."

Learned counsel representing the L.D.A. shall file a counter affidavit within a period of three weeks.

One week's time thereafter shall be available to learned counsel for the petitioner to file rejoinder affidavit.
