Shri Badrish Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.4 has moved an application withdrawing his Vakalatnama, which is taken on record.

Considering the ground shown in the affidavit accompanied with the said application, the application is allowed. The Vakalatnama filed by Shri Badrish Kumar Tripathi, Advocate on behalf of the respondent No.4 is discharged.

Since, the affidavit for withdrawal of Vakalanama of Shri Badrish Kumar Tripathi, Advocate has been signed by the respondent No.4 himself, therefore, it will be safe to notice that the respondent No.4 is well aware of the instant petition as well as the fact that his counsel has withdrawn his power.

In this view of the matter, it will be open for the respondent No.4 to engage a fresh counsel and his Vakalatnama shall be filed prior to the next date fixed.

List this matter again 19.07.2024 as fresh.

The name of Shri Badrish Kumar Tripathi shall not be printed as counsel for the respondent when the matter is next listed.
