Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State Respondents.

In view of the order proposed to be passed, issuance of notices to the private respondent nos.5 and 6 is dispensed with.

This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:-

"issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opp. parties concerned to take the necessary action in respect of grievance of the petitioner contained and raised in the Application dated 20.6.2024, Annexure No.1 to this writ petition and also protect the land to be grabbed by the opp. party no.5 and 6 and also take necessary action against them in the interest of justice."

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the limited prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to be issued to the respondents to decide his application, a copy of which has been filed as annexure-1 to the writ petition.

We have gone through annexure-1. It relates to the private dispute between the petitioner and the respondent nos.5 and 6.

We cannot direct the District Magistrate to enter into the controversy between two private persons. In case the petitioner is aggrieved by any action of the respondent nos.5 and 6, he may approach the appropriate Forum.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not maintainable.
