those existing on the spot. Later on the sale deed/ lease hold rights got corrected but demarcation of plot was not done. The Court was informed by the counsel for the petitioner that orders have been issued by the Appropriate Authority fixing a date of demarcation. The Court therefore directed the respondents to take steps for demarcation of the plot in question as per law with the cooperation of the petitioner and complete the same at the earliest, say, within a period of one month unless, of course, there is legal impediment, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner in writing.
7 The writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Court.
