Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State Respondents.

This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:-

"Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party, specially the opposite party No.3 to consider and decide the application dated 21-05-2024 made by the petitioner, within stitpulated time frame as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, just and proper."

We have gone through the array of the respondents and finds that the respondent nos.2 and 3 are Axis Bank Ltd., which is a private Bank. A direction has been sought by the petitioner for the Regional Manager of Axis Bank to decide the representation of the petitioner and to release the entire amount withheld of the Fixed Deposit Account and O.D. Account along with the interest.

We have also gone through the representation of the petitioner. We find from the same that this writ petition is not maintainable for the relief as prayed.

The writ petition stands dismissed .
