" i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order of debarment dated 04.06.2024, passed by opposite parties, contained as Annexure No.1 to this writ petition, in the interest of justice.

Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned blacklisting orders dated 29.04.2023 (order of blacklisting for supplying the drug "Calcium Carbonate with Vitamin D3"), 03.11.2023 (order of blacklisting for supplying the drug "Ibuprofen"), 28.11.2023 (order of blacklisting for supplying the drug "Cefixime Oral Suspension"), 14.02.2024 (order of blacklisting for supplying the drug "Calcium Vitamin D3 Suspension"), 27.05.2024 (order of blacklisting for supplying the drug "B Complex: Vitamin B1 5mg Thiamine Hydrochloride, Vitamin B2 5mg Riboflavin, Vitamin B6 2mg Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Vitamin B3 Nicotinamide 50mg, Vitamin B5 Calcium Pantothenate") and
29.05.2024 (order of blacklisting for supplying the drug "Paracetamol Syrup"), contained as Annexure No.2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 to the writ petition, which finds mention in the impugned order dated 04.06.2024, in the interest of justice.
iii. Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties to allow the petitioner company to participate in tender ref. no. UPMSCL/DRUG208/52, dated 08.03.2024, contained as Annexure No.11 to this writ petition.
iv. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, in the nature of Mandamus directing the opposite parties to permit the petitioner company to participate in government tenders."
