1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out the earlier order dated 08.05.2024 passed by this Court.
3. Learned Standing Counsel has produced before this Court instructions dated 18.07.2024 sent by the Tehsildar, Sidhauli, wherein it has been stated that compensation has been paid to the petitioner on 18.07.2024 by Token No.4624221668. The order dated 18.07.2024 passed by the District Magistrate Sitapur and also a copy of the voucher made out in favour of the petitioner, has been enclosed to such instructions.
4. Sri Naresh Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, on the basis of instructions from his client, does not dispute this payment having been made to her.
5. Instructions are kept on record.
6. The writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
