On instruction, Sri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3 submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been resolved and correct marksheet has been prepared, which the petitioner can collect on any working day.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of in the light of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3.
