SBBL Gun No. B.E. 1174-1997/12 bore, which is pending for renewal since 31.12.2022 before the authority concerned, expeditiously within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the Additional City Magistrate-II, Varanasi/respondent no.3 to decide the renewal application of the petitioner dated 05.06.2023, pending before him in accordance with law, expeditiously within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
