Heard Shri Pradeep Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Uttara Bahuguna, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

In pith and substance, the petitioner has preferred the present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for a direction to the respondent nos 1 and 2 to implement/execute the impugned Recovery Certificate dated 08.09.2020 issued by the respondent no. 3. decide the representation of the petitioner dated 03.02.2023.

Learned Additional Chief Standing counsel for the State respondents has no objection in case the claim of the petitioner is redressed by the competent authority in accordance with law.

Taking into consideration the entire facts and circumstances of the case, we are not inclined to keep the writ petition pending, with the consent of the party, we deem it proper to relegate the matter to respondent no. 2 i.e. District Magistrate, Gautam Buddha Nagar to proceed further and decide the matter expeditiously preferably within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, in case there is no other impediment.

With the observation made above, the instant writ petition is disposed of.

Needless to say that this Court has not given any opinion on the merits of the case.
