- Pursuant to the order dated 03.10.2024, personal affidavit on behalf of respondent No.2 has been filed today in the Court, the same is taken on record.

- Along with the aforesaid affidavit, various orders passed by the respondent No.2 from time to time, i.e., between 09.07.2024 till 14.10.2024 were appended.

- While going through the aforesaid orders, it is clear that in large number of cases, while granting or rejecting the application for grant of interim relief, cyclostyled orders were passed. It is also clear from perusal of the aforesaid orders, essential ingredients or principles of law for granting or rejecting the application for interim relief has not been taken into consideration by him.
