1.It is argued by the learned counsel for the petitioners that stay application has been filed along with Appeal No. 11031 of 2023 (Computerized Case No. T202316530111031) under Section 207 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending consideration before the respondent no.2-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Sadar, District Mirzapur since 22.02.2023. Only prayer has been made to direct the aforesaid respondents to decide the same expeditiously before the date fixed in the matter.
3.In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Sadar, District Mirzapur to decide aforesaid application expeditiously, preferably within period of six weeks from the next date fixed in the matter.
