Heard Sri Inamuddin Ahmad, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Anuj Kumar Shukla, the learned State Counsel and Sri M.K. Dixit, Advocate holding brief of Sri Ram Kumar Singh, the learned counsel for the opposite party no.5 and perused the records.

This is an application for disposal of the petition in terms of a compromise dated 17.09.2024 entered into between the parties. The petition was filed challenging the award passed by the Industrial Tribunal. The awarded amount of Rs.4,95,000/- is lying deposited before this court. During pendency of the petition the parties have arrived at a settlement, which has been verified before a notary public and which has been brought on record along with an affidavit of opposite party no.5, wherein the parties have agreed that the amount of Rs.4,95,000/deposited by the petitioner in this court shall be released in favour of the opposite party no.5 and the matter may be decided in terms of the compromise.

The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the opposite party no.5 jointly requested for disposal of petition in terms of the compromise.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the application for disposal of petition is allowed.

The petition is disposed of in terms of compromise dated 17.09.2024 entered into between the parties which has been filed along with the affidavit filed in support of the instant application no.11 of 2024, which shall form part of this order. The amount of Rs.4,95,000/- deposited by the petitioner in the present case shall be released in favour of the opposite party no.5 along with the accrued interest, if any.
