Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner has not filed any representation for redressal of her grievance. However, learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case petitioner moves a fresh representation before the authority concerned, the same shall be considered and decided, in accordance with law, within the fixed time frame.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without adverting to the merits of the case and on consent, the writ petition is disposed of asking the petitioner to move a fresh representation annexing all relevant materials in support of her case, ventilating her grievance before the District Magistrate, Sonebhadra (respondent no. 2) within three weeks from today and in case, any such representation is filed, we hope and trust that the authority concerned would proceed to decide the same strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of five weeks thereafter.
