In pursuance of directions issued earlier, learned State Counsel has been provided written instructions and as per which the Technical University provided written instructions dated 07.12.2024, copy of which is taken on record.

It is also submitted that in pursuance of the Government Order dated 05.01.2024, the Technical University has made its recommendation in the meeting held on 30.09.2024 that applications of all those institutes who have not applied in pursuance of Government Order dated 05.01.2024 issued stands rejected.

However, he does not have instructions as to whether the aforesaid recommendation has been accepted by the State Government or not.

In view of aforesaid, list this case on 16.12.2024 as fresh, in order to enable learned State Counsel to obtain instructions as to whether any final decision has been taken by the State Government with regard to aforesaid recommendation dated 30.09.2024 as also whether a fresh opportunity can be granted to the petitioner to apply online by opening of the portal for specified time period particularly in view of the fact that the petitioner admittedly had made an online application on

26.06.2023 in pursuance of the Government Order then prevailing but the same was not finally decided.

The name of Mr. Anagh Shukla be shown as counsel for the opposite party no.3 in cause list.
