The map sanction application of the petitioner- Zunaid Ahmad has been decided against him, therefore, Shri Nripendra Mishra, Advocate holding brief for Shri Dinesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner says that this petition bearing Writ-C No.10406 of 2024 has become infructuous.
It is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
So far as the connected petition bearing Writ-C No.18193 of 2019 is concerned, the same still survives as in that petition, the allegation is that the petitioner of this petition- Zunaid Ahmad, who is opposite party No.5 therein was raising illegal construction and therefore, this Court had passed an order on 05.07.2019 restraining him from undertaking any construction over the area where no permission has been granted by the Nagar Palika concerned. In that petition, response has not been filed by the respondents till date.
Let them file a response to the writ petition bearing Writ-C
No.18193 of 2019 within four weeks.
Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within two weeks thereafter.
List thereafter.
Interim order, granted earlier, shall continue until further orders.
