We have perused the orders dated 26.07.2024 and 23.07.2024 passed in pursuance to the order dated 19.03.2024 passed in Writ-C No.2643 of 2024. Certain formalities are mentioned therein as having been not completed by the petitioner. However, learned counsel for the petitioner says that said formalities have been completed subsequently.
If it is so then opposite party no.2 shall get the facts verified and if he finds that all the formalities are complete and there are any dues to which the petitioner is entitled, he shall do the needful as per law but with expedition say within one month.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
