Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that inadvertently he has not impleaded the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Barabanki and the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Ayodhya as a party. He also seek leave of the Court to do so.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to carry out necessary correction in the array of the parties during the course of the day.

The petitioner has approached this Court indicating that against the sale order passed by the Assistant Consolidation Officer, Saidpur, District Barabank, there are two separate proceedings of which one is engaging the attention before the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Barabanki and the other is pending before the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Ayodhya.

It is urged that since both the proceedings emanating from the same order, hence, it would be expedient if both the proceedings are connected/consolidated and heard in any Court either at Barabanki or Ayodhya.

Let notice be issued to the private-respondents No.2 to 4 returnable at an early date. In additional, the petitioner shall also serve the private-respondents No.2 to 4 outside the Court through Dasti Summons.

Learned counsel for the petitioner shall take steps within four days from today.

List this matter on 19.12.2024 as fresh on which date, learned counsel for the petitioner shall file an affidavit of service.
