Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Shiv Shankar Mishra who had already put his appearance on behalf of respondent nos.5 and 6 on caveat has further filed his vakalatnama on behalf of private respondent no.4.
The record further indicates that as per the office report dated 16.07.2024 notice on private respondent nos.4, 7 and 8 is sufficient as Sri Mishra has already filed his vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no.4 and the service on respondent nos.7 and 8 is complete. Accordingly, the matter can be proceeded.
It has been informed that the respondent nos.4 to 6 have filed counter affidavit which has been received by the counsel for the petitioners today itself and he prays for two weeks time to file rejoinder affidavit.
