Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The record indicates that the petitioner as well as the private respondents had moved an application no.IA/11/2022 indicating that the parties have entered into compromise. Copy of the compromise has also been placed on record along with the said application.
The record further indicates that a coordinate Bench of this Court by means of the order dated 19.09.2024 had directed the parties appear before the Senior Registrar of this Court on 01.10.2024 for verification of compromise.
In furtherance thereof, a report has been sent by the Senior Registrar on 01.10.2024 indicating that the compromise have been verified between the parties. Since the parties have settled their dispute in terms of compromise which has been verified as aforesaid. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of and decided in terms of the compromise as referred hereinabove.
The petition is consigned to record.
