- Sri Ramesh Kumar Chaurasia, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the order passed by this court on 1.5.2023, Restoration Application No.448 of 202223 has not been decided by the Consolidation Officer.
- Mr. B.N. Pathak, learned standing counsel shall obtain instructions, within two weeks, from respondent no.3 about the status of the aforesaid pending restoration application.
- Put up this matter as fresh on 9.1.2025.
