The petitioner has challenged his order of transfer, as Mr. Krishna Agarawal, learned counsel for the respondents points out on 2nd December, 2024 after an inexplicable delay and latches. The impugned order was passed on 03.10.2023 according to Mr. Agarawal and the petitioner was relieved on 7th October, 2023.
In the circumstances, this petition in the nature of things and the nature of the order is highly belated. It is dismissed on the ground of latches .
