At the very outset, Sri Hemant Kumar Pandey, learned State counsel says that in view of law laid down by this Court in the judgment dated 09.01.2024 passed in WRIT- B No. 16 of 2024 (Maiku @ Maiku Lal vs. Deputy Director Of Consolidation, Ayodhya And Others) , the petitioners have no case.
In response, petitioners' counsel says that some time may be granted to him to go through the above referred judgment by the State counsel.
In the interest of justice, the case is adjourned today.
