In compliance of order dated 12.02.2024, learned Standing Counsel has filed personal affidavit of District Magistrate, Ayodhya in Court today which is taken on record.

At the very outset, learned Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that the case number of the case, in issue, has been corrected on the portal and the same is now reads as "Case No. 619 of 2024, Computerized Case No. T202404230400619 (Chandra Kala Vs. Ram Narayana") and this case would be decided expeditiously say within a period of three months.

In view of the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no.2/Naib Tehsildar, Milkipur, DistrictFaizabad/Ayodhya to decide the pending application for recall in the aforesaid case, in issue, most expeditiously after affording full opportunity of hearing to the parties to the litigation and without granting any adjournment to either party preferably within a period of three months from the next date fixed in the case.

It is made clear that this Court has not examined the case of either party on merits and the Authority concerned shall be free to decide the matter strictly in accordance with law.
